I have to say the cats look good last night in was every bit of the player he should be great to have him. Shaw played well. Sanders played well and he plays a he'll of defense I can see his confidence getting better after each game. The sky is the limited for them keep sharing the ball own the rebounds. Keep playing defense. We got this

I enjoyed Cronin's post game comments. He says everything I was thinking. About how this team needs to play consistent on offense for 40 min. Not being complacent with just a win. Its about how you win that matters. Like someone said on here, its a matter of time til we lose because its too late and playing 25 min. of good basketball isn't good enough. I like hearing it from coach but it would be nice to see it actually happen on the court. Its been a problem for the last 3 years with UC.

Very interesting that JJ only had 2 rebounds yesterday and we still out-rebounded the best rebounding team in the conference. I hope we can do that against the big boys (U of L, UCONN, etc.)

We are a fantastic second half team. If we go to halftime winning or tied every game I don't think we will lose again. This defense is something special, and the effort is to. This is a great team, who is underrated at 15. Sk is a star, and jj is playing unbelievable. I fear no team with our guys and like our chances against anyone. Cronin....I love you man.

No we aren't. If anything we are overrated. Since the Memphis game, we have played 5 straight games against bad teams, about to be 6. There is no middle ground in the AAC. 5 really good teams. 5 bad teams. In those games we have won, but not spectacularly by any means.

For this team to take the next step, it needs to improve offensively.

The Bearcats have earned everything they have gotten. They have beaten the teams set before them in league and have a guantlet coming up. Only two losses and undefeated in league. No other team can say that. They've earned where they are on the court. Nobody should take anything away from them, especially when many never thought they'd be here at this point.

Other than one (early) UCONN loss to Houston...SMU, UL, UCONN, and Memphis have not lost to anyone not named SMU, UL, UCONN, UC or Memphis.

We have a tough road to keep our rank. If we split our remaining games with these 4 teams I will be pleased. I think we get a top 4 seed if we do this. If we are better than 50% I think we get a 2 or 3 seed and maybe win our conference. If we are worse than 50% the seed will depend on how much worse than 50%.
