Wednesday February 27th Resume Games

Houston (NET 4) @ East Carolina (NET 250)

UCF (NET 34) @ South Florida (NET 72)

UNLV (NET 159) @ Nevada
11:00 PM

If we win the next two games I think we can lock in that 2 seed (conference tourney). UCF will have to travel to Houston and USF away is not a lock by any means. And even if they do that they will have to play us at UCF and then Temple away (who might be battling with UCF for the 3 seed).

That is a tough stretch of basketball.

If we beat Memphis at home they should be out of the top 4 seed picture.

Texas @ Baylor (8 seed)
9pm

Marquette @ Villanova (7 seed)
9pm

Auburn (8 seed) @ Georgia
9pm

Louisville (6 seed) @ Boston College

If UCF wins the other remaining games they are supposed to(which i guess is only USF), I wonder if we've almost stymied them into at least one Quad 1 win? Either we beat them on the road or they beat us and move into Top 30. Obviously both W's would be preferred:)

Pretty nondescript day overall. A Xavier win puts them closer to Q2 but I think they fall short tonight.

Of the AAC teams playing tonight, I think Wichita has the best chance to jump a quartile over the next few weeks but they definitely need to win tonight and ideally by a decent margin.

Ole Miss... really showing up at the end of the season. I'm sure they'll hardly move on NET but they aren't doing themselves any favors.

Houston is so cheap, they are flopping on everything, pretty cheap of Sampson to have his team play like that

Anyone watching the UH UCF game. Another awful call by American refs. Taco grazes one of the Houston players and he goes down. No call and UCF starts a fast break. As UCF lays the ball in they stop the game to review the play. Do not allow the basket. End up calling ithe contact incidental which is the correct call. But the play should never have been stopped. High school refs are better.
