I am a Bearcat so of course watched the football team in one of the biggest games in UC history. From what I could gather glancing at my phone, we won the second half by eight points. My guess is thatVogt slowed everything down in the first half. He can not defend without fouling.

Rap and Vogt, combined 5pts, 11 rebs. (Rebounded better than usual)

Tati and Davenport, 29 pts, 12 rebs

We were losing the second half by around 3 when Georgia put in the scrubs for junk time because the game was over.

But we did run the lineup of Eason at the 5 and Davenport at the 4 against their scrubs and it did well. Whether that's because it's actually a good lineup or Georgia's scrubs aren't good is debateable, but it's at least worth trying in a more meaningful part of the game.

I just don’t get how KW fouls so much. WTH is with that?

Coach took credit all the fouling. Says he made them foul a lot more in practice because he knew his Team was going to have a toughness issue.

And you can tell. This team has not been taught how to properly guard.

It could be a rough night in cincinnati. A lot of cocky football fans thinking we’re gonna crush Tulsa. They came to play.

Are we cursed?

When he didn’t recruit the Xenia kid at NKU that was all I needed to know about this guy! Make him catch tank back to nku

He may not have gotten exactly who he wanted, but between Vogt, Sorolla, Rap and Lakhin there is a trend of getting big slow non-athletes and prioritizing offensive ability over defense/rebound. Diarra he barely gave minutes, Nsoseme he couldn't keep (or didn't want to), Hardnett he forced out.
