this is the worst officiated game. This is great. They are cheating their way to a win.

don't make ft's, don't rebound and have the refs against you. This is how you lose a 11 point lead in 1 min

Wow, I wanted to get sleep tonight....huge FT's by KJ. Really disappointing 2nd half. A win is a win. Still can't get 70 points... Really felt like a bush league game in the final 1:30. I can't wait to hear 700 wlw post game.

First 20 minutes great. Second 20 horrible. I'll take 3-0 with 2 on the road but that was ugly. Guys went to sleep in second half.

Win and advance. Free throws at the end almost killed them. How they didn't call the foul on JJ intentional is mind boggling. It was nowhere near he ball. The refs should be embarrassed. The phantom call against Shaq was also ridiculous.

I'll preface this by saying that I'm at least happy that they got the win. Better than UConn can say. But:

That was one of the most pathetic performances for a half that I've ever seen. 21 points in the half, and losing the half by 15 to freaking Houston? They showed no effort the entire half. JJ was terrible, Rubles was a pansy, SK should be embarrassed for the way he defended, Thomas was crap and the list goes on. At least Sanders of all people played a decent half.

Even when the game was on the line they made half ass attempts to get loose balls. JJ didn't even attempt to rebound the late 3. He let his man just waltz right by him not only for the rebound but for an easy layup. Then there is a loose ball with the clock expiring and Thomas just watches it while a player picks it up and nails a 3. Luckily there wasn't any foul that might have tied it up.

I'd much rather them have a learning experience while winning than losing. At least KJ could actually make a FT unlike SK, Troy, and JJ who went 2-6 in the last minutes of the game.

Thank you. That is was started the bs. That guy for Houston was out of control and just fell. That had to be an intentional foul. I mean sh*t, the ref didn't even give the ball for us to inbound yet. Very very bad officiating.

Well said. That 2nd half I saw no UC guys actually box out or really fight for the rebound. All the 3's Houston made were wide open and were because of lazy defense. Really disappointed with our FT shooting at the end. That is suppose to be a strength of ours. Honestly just a complete lack of focus in the 2nd half.

I'm not pleased with the effort in the second half either. However, I thought that was a great play by Thomas and SK at the end of the game. After missing the loose ball (it went right to a Houston player) they backed off like they should and im sure were told so that there couldn't have been a foul. Much better then diving in after it and giving those GOD awful refs a chance to call a foul on that 3.

Horrible calls all night. It looks like the refs went back to last year's rules calling charges. The 4th foul on Knowles was a complete joke!

We played a GREAT first half...but we played and coached an equally bad second. Some VERY dumb fouls at the end of the game for no reason.

But we won:) That's all that matters...lots of teaching points.

Shaq ran into the guy. The guy was falling but you still aren't allowed to run into them. I probably wouldn't have called it. Had Shaq not been lazy and dove for the ball it wouldn't have been a foul. No intentional on JJ was BS. That has to be an intentional.

See it looked to me like they half way went for it, which is the worst way to do it. Either way the ball would have been in their hands if they weren't so caught up on just watching the game. SK was giving up 3's like crazy and wasn't making attempts at closing on the shooter.
