"I was wrong about Mick Cronin..."

c'mon man, you know Cash played a TON of PG in high school. He was considered a scoring PG.

Mick had his hands tied based on the talent around him. However, no one will convince me that he didn't misuse Lance. He was the best talent I have ever seen come through UC and that says a lot. Doesn't mean I hate Mick because every coach will eventually come to a situation like that where they misuse one of their players. I would have loved to see Lance in a UC uniform this year. I think Mick would have figured out how to best use him.

I think DV improved but not nearly at the rate we expected him too. Also, regardless of having to play with Lance, I doubt many would say he surpassed our expectations of him. IMO he had a pretty disappointing senior year.

I don't know that is true. He was prolific scorer in HS, but not so sure he played much PG. He might have been strictly a PG, but I'm not sure. I know he was considered a PG at the college level because he was 6' 150lbs and was far too small to play SG at the high DI level.

Basically, it was always assumed he would play PG at the college level, which is why he was listed as a PG for recruiting purposes.

He play sg for his high school team, but pg for his AAU Team and at some other high level events.
