Your reading comprehension is beyond miserable. you provided a link to SELECTIVE quotes. I'm telling you to listen to what he said. If you don't have 700 wlw then just stop arguing and believe what people say that do have it. He SAID on his post game that he takes full responsibility. He SAID it after both the Presbyterian and Marshal losses. I heard it with my own two ears. Find a transcript of the post game if you only believe what you read on the internet.
What BS? I've already stated on here that it's easy to call out the defense as causing the issues and how the reality of it is the offense is the center of their problems. Their defense still needs to improve. Defense has a lot to do with hustle and effort but it has a whole lot to do with positioning, assignments, switching, scouting, etc.
I feel like I'm having an argument with a 3rd grader who totally tunes out the other side and just continues to ramble on with their nonsense.

The link would be GOBEARCATS.com. You know the one everyone goes to for Bearcat sports.
As I've said a 100,000 times. Mick does take responsibilty for telling the guys they are in for a rude awakening. Where do I sign to coach the Bearcats if thats coaching? He obviously failed to get through. Then you keep running your mouth about how he took responsibilty, except you are providing no proof nor gracing us as to what Mick did SAY. He may have. As I said, I do not receive 700, I am going on what was in the article as I first stated. So please, enlighten me. All the article talks about is player laziness. If Mick can't coach an offense and avoids all questions geared to it, he is not the man for the job.
“I know a lot of people are going to talk about 22-of-62 shooting from the field. Offensive this and offensive that. But we gave up 37 points in the second half." Quote from Mick right after the game. Yes, we know. But people would also like to know why the Cats put up 54?? He has no answer so defer's the question to what he does know
You're 3rd grade joke was quite funny, you should be a comedian

Wow, someone other than me actually knows their stuff! All 120 FBS schools are members of the BCS, the BCS committee consists of the Commissioners of the 11 BCS Conferences, the Notre Dame Athletic Director, and the BCS Commissioner.

Mick did take say he takes responsibility for both losses on his post-game radio interview after both games. In the case of the Presbyterian game first he blamed his players, then made some excuses, then said he takes responsiblity, then went back to blaming his players. While he did say it, I don't really feel like he meant it. His post-game interview following the Presbyterian loss was dispicable. When you drop a game like that you don't blame your players, or your defense, or act like the sky is falling. You take responsiblity as a coach, promise it won't happen again, and downplay the loss. Talk about what your players can learn from a loss like that and talk about what you plan to do to make sure it doesn't happen again.
He did a much better job in the Marshall post game. He made a few excuses about how he doesn't have the guys to win games pretty (who's fault is that?) but overall I think he handled himself pretty well in that case. He just stated that the tougher team won, which was true.
I'd really like to see him take the approach in the post game of telling the fans what he's going to do to fix problems.

Way to argue in technicalities.....thanks for hijacking yet another thread with your pointless arguments.
You're the worst
Not sure if you saw or not (may have been this thread, may have been another one) but Ralph actually started expressing his frustrations with Mick. It is rare to see his true side but every now and then he shows it.
Ive heard Ralphy is unhappy with the coaching staff and has been for some time.
Ralphy, some of this has to go on the players shoulders, you cant possibly blame Mick for everything.
Ralph, where do you put Temple?
The players are the ones who play. Mick has never missed a shot, missed a free throw, turned the ball over, committed a foul, threw the ball out of bounds, not boxed out his man, etc., while the head coach at UC.
Thank you for clarifying.
Longhall. My apologies. However to say I was dead wrong about my first post on this topic was inaccurate as Mick is sitting on the fence
Also, next time they score 54 pts against a crappy team, I would like to see him address it and not defer all questions to the defensive side of the ball. Unless he addressed that over the radio too
Then why have you shown so much frustration with Mick not recruiting a shooter? It isn't his fault--so don't get so mad at him.

I don't understand the whole never recruited a shooter thing. I've heard a few people say that. Is Kilpatrick not a shooter? You can't ever leave him behind the three-point line or he makes you pay.
When people say they want a shooter does that mean they want a white guard that can hit threes and not much else like a Brad Redford? Why doesn't Kilpatrick count? He's shooting 46% this year from 3.
Mick said he took responsibly, not sure what more there is. Did you expect him to say the kids played great it was a just a coaching issue?
I'd like for him to mention the offense as a problem as well. Of course, he did against Marshall. He mentioned how bad the offense was. Still, like or dislike Mick, he isn't an idiot. He knows the offense is an issue. But it's easier to blame defense and there isn't much excuse for a bad defense as their is offense, hence why the majority of college coaches get more frustrated with their teams defense.
