Flying home on his own dime. It's interesting if nothing else.
That settles it.

All the time????? He used it to a cost of 100'000 by comparison Calipari used it for almost a half a million. Whining. Your funny. So mick is whining about not having a jet, yet he uses one all the time?

Not unless world wide Wesley came to work for mickYea, if only he had access to $500000 for charter flights here we could recruit like ky!.... Uhhhh

So, I was curious about this so I did a little research. Here is approximately how much it costs per hour to have a chartered plane:
Some other examples of prices come from Avinode, which gathers a large amount of data on the charter marketplace. Their recent data shows the average price per hour including taxi rate + fuel surcharges, for various aircraft including:
Midsize Jets
Citation X $4,897
Hawker 800 $3,763
Learjet 60 $3,305
Heavy Jets
Falcon 900 $6,085
Gulfstream IV $5,632
Challenger 604 $5,023

So, based on this, and if you assume 4 hours round trip for a recruiting trip, and assuming no cost for waiting around which probably isn't true, Mick spent $100,000 on chartered flights, or 5 recruiting trips. Not much in the grand scheme of recruiting trips.
I wonder how much that cost. Lol he also got someone to take Derrick Roes's test for himIt was sarcasm because even if Mick had everything calipari had he still couldn't recruit like him. He got Marcus Camby to go to umass.

The CIA set that up. It's a radio show, He has missed them before. He may of had other personal plans going on. Recruiting, commitments a number of things, he may have been reacting to UNLV's request. What was going to happen at he radio show? One thing still doesn't add up...if this was all calculated by Cronin to use leverage to get the ball rolling on some of his issues, why did he skip out on the radio show last minute?
the point I was making was Calipari has far more access. Wasn't trying to be a smart ass. Calipari out recruits the whole country. really don't know what your asking. 100'000 dollars is not a lot to spend on a plane in a year. If your point is Mick could spend the same amount and not get the guys Cal does. I'll agree with you. Then why did you compare the flights to calipari? It's ridiculous to accept the facts that support your agenda and reject the ones that discount it.

jake I have no idea and any answer I give you would be pure speculation.Just weird he'd skip the season recap show when everyone thought he was going to show up. Makes it seem like the UNLV stuff is/was more real than him just using leverage without actually planning on going anywhere.
