President Ono is posting on Twitter that Bohn is in contact with Mick making every effort to bring him back. This was just reported on Mo's show. At 5:57
Jacob he should take his time. Weigh his options. I'm sure this is a very tough decision. I hope he comes back here and meets with the AD and President and they find a way to resolve there issues which hopefully makes us a better program. Calm down young man. It will all work out.

if he comes back it's because both parties have agreed on what is best for the program. The ongoing issue between the two sides is arena renovations. It's gonna be even more awkward if the only reason he comes back is cuz the UNLV players don't want him.
LolSomeone needs to lock Ono out of his Twitter acct.
I'm tired of this dragging out. If he's going to leave, then just do it so we can all move on. The longer this goes, the uglier it gets for Cronin on the UC side.
This has never, been a money issue for Mick. This will be proven if and when he remains our coach.I have no interest is raising his salary to match a UNLV offer. If he wants to negotiate the rest, that's more understandable.

how could you not respect him. He has put his dream job on the line to get necessary facility upgrades to bring us a better product. This isn!t about him getting more money.I know. 3 days now. If unlv doesn't land mick they look kinda foolish letting this play out for so long. Private jets, caddy's picking him up at the airport. Who knows what they have done since mick has been in town.
If mick stays, i really don't see how uc fans can respect or support him, exp if his team has another year like this year.

When this is over if he stays people can read his contract. The latest I heard was that it wasn't about salary. There were other parts of the contract he wanted negotiated. No one can say for certain so take it for what it's worth but it seems to align with everything we have heard the last few days.

Without being privy to all that has gone on he may have felt this was his only option. If you want to speculate go ahead. My Guess. is as good as yours. Unless you are walking in his shoes please refrain from telling him or anyone else how to handle their problems. A rule we should all follow. How? Go back to his comments in January. Theres other way to handle issues then pulling a stunt like this.

What if he remains the coach, the facilities get done, we have a very good season next year and his salary remains the same? Wouldn't that be something. That's true. Public University therefore Public employee.
he has every right to seek other opportunities. He even has the right to change his mind if a better offer comes along. How? Go back to his comments in January. Theres other way to handle issues then pulling a stunt like this.
much of this is not being reported by him. As a employee if circumstances change that you feel as a employee are not in your best interest you have every right to explore other options. Can't disagree. There are other ways to go about doing this in theory. I just don't know what he is dealing with right now. The only thing that is certain is that this is not an easy decision for Mick. If it was, he would have been gone by now. If he comes back, gets what he feels he needs to take the program to the next level and succeeds in doing that, who will hold a grudge?
