Blame Cronin all you want but you could see he was screaming at the stupid shot after stupid shot they took. Not on him. And when they got layups, they missed. Love these guys, but they threw it the **** away. Being a Cincinnati fan is for masochists plain and simple. That was ******* disgusting and I don't know how you recover. This was the year, especially with the bracket path...and we **** it up. Nothing else to say.

Running clock wasn't a bad strategy. Taking bad shots and was the issue. That should have been a free throw shooting contest for us. We had 4 fouls on them early in the half and never drove the lane. Evans got to the rim early and often and stopped in second half.

Their team has no depth. You get the lead and you grind it out... get them into foul trouble... get free throws... make them play against your half-court defense... or nah... just take a few more 3s.

I said it all season long... even when we're playing garbage teams like Temple and have a huge lead, we should not be chucking 3s. We should be refining our half-court offense...
