No doubt they're a good team, but they were destroying teams before we played them the first time too.

They came out rusty after a week off of games. During the second half they were scary good. Hopefully, without the home crowd, they won't be able to go on an amazing run like that. I agree with Jeff that the Cats cannot turn the ball over more than 15 times if they want a good chance to win. Will be an amazing game.

I don't know if I've ever seen a crowd bring a team back like that; I'm glad we won't have that against us this time. Louisville will be fired up for revenge so this will be a tough game.

Finishing 3-2 with one of the wins against Louisville will give us the season league title. Saturdays game will be huge. Would love to beat them twice with them heading to ACC.

Ole Miss getting absolutely creamed at home by Kentucky. Down 17 at halftime. Boy am I glad Cincinnati didn't hire Kennedy.

You're telling me. I remember being at 5/3 and the entire arena chanting "hire Andy" and I couldn't help wondering why they weren't doing just that. Apparently the UC powers that be had better foresight.

Loserville is up their standard 20 sum points at halftime against USF. Who did their scheduling? 3 straight home games against bottom feeders. Get an extra day of rest and dont have to do basically any traveling before the biggest conference game of the season. Must be nice for them. All the while we play a Wednesday game in Orlando Florida. Messed up scheduling.

Not a fair comparison at all. Let me first say I love Cronin and I'm glad we have him. But you cannot compare Ole Miss's program to ours. While there are things we don't have here at UC, it's a lot easier for a school like ours to recruit talent than Ole Miss. His arrest a few years back was embarrassing, but it's not necessarily fair to say Kennedy wouldn't have had a lot of success if he stayed here. He was a good coach, and still is.

The same people that don't have us playing UCF in football for the second straight year....

I saw a tweet from either Dan Hoard or Tommy G basically saying that only twice in the conference season had the Bearcats had more time to prepare for an opponent. I'll see if I can find it because it was very telling.

I think I know what you're talking about. I believe it was on Hoard's twitter. It just doesn't seem right at all. My tipping point was playing UConn on Thursday and then playing at SMU. That is a freaking joke. This week gets under my skin too.

It looks like the only chance the American has for "prime time TV" games is on Thursdays at 7pm, Saturdays at 12pm (both on ESPN) and at 12pm or 2pm (both on CBS).

For this reason, they back loaded all the top 4 teams schedules to fit into those prime time slots. The Big East was not that different. Cincinnati had a lay off between Jan 21 and Jan 30 last year as a well as another from Feb 15 to Feb 21. UC also still had 2 Sat-Mon turnarounds. Overall, not too different from last year.

I get what youre saying but can't say I fully agree with it. I do think it is awesome we are playing on CBS on Saturday. We haven't played too many regular season games on CBS. Big stage and 5/3 will be rocking.

Kansas down 1 at Texas Tech with 6 minutes left. Virginia down 7 at Virginia Tech at half. High seeds are struggling tonight.

Auburn up 2 points at #2 Florida in the second half. Boston College and #1 Syracuse tied with 2 minutes to go in the Carrier Dome.

Makes that close game with Houston seem more comforting.
