What if you can win without that stuff...like we are now?
We win a few battles but have lost quite a few wars. If winning to you is not beating top ranked opponents on the road, getting a 6-9 seed every year, and flaming out in the tourney with no offense every year, then this discussion can end here. Otherwise, i think there are many who feel we arent WINNING right now

We are 41-8 since the start of last year. Florida, Rhode Island, and Butler are the only teams to beat us that we haven't also beaten. We are Top 10 in the country as we speak. Stop living in the past. An awesome team is starting you in the face right this second and you can't recognize it bc you'd rather dwell on our seed 6 years ago. Pathetic.

Slow your roll there Homeslice. Not sure which poll you're looking at, but we are not ranked in the top 10! People are free to want a bit more out of this program without being accused of being stuck in the past and "pathetic."

He's almost assuredly talking about kenpom, which has us 10th ( and we've been between around 7-14 the whole year). In his system, it's also our highest rating in the Cronin era.

Did you forget to switch accounts?

41-8 last 2 years and averaging over 76 PPG. Why you put more of an emphasis on the x amount of games prior to that is beyond me. But it's weird and it shows how little some of you know about the sport. You clearly don't follow any other teams (outside of maybe a couple blue bloods...who also happen to have bad losses) if you think we're currently doing so much worse.

Completely agree. One of my favorite things about these last handful of years, and especially this team, is the awesome character of every one of these young men, who are getting degrees as well.
Agree completely. love the fact we develope kids and they get a degree.

You sure are a funny kid Johnny.....but I like you! Ask anyone outside of this site what the Bearcats are ranked and they'll tell you 21 or 22. Hey, I'm glad to see Kenpom rating us that high. I'm not sure it passes the eye test to this point but it's great somebody sees it that way. But don't act like the rest of America looks to Kenpom before AP, USA today, or ESPN. When you watch us on national tv do you see the number 10 next to our name??!!

when i watch baseball i still see rbi and batting average. just cause they show you stats for the common man doesn't mean they are the right ones.
