Nice outing by Cueto. Couple of bonehead running errors, but they keep winning. Well done.

If boneheaded base running mistakes are happening because they are being over-agressive, I can live with it. If they are getting picked off or thrown out for being lazy, I have a big problem with it.

Not paying attention-Phillips
Votto-didn't take the safe double for some foolish reason.

Boneheaded play is a boneheaded play no matter how ya slice it.

I think Votto was trying to make it to third thinking the throw was going through to the plate. That is one I can live with (early in the game). I admit, I didn't see Phillips' play as I was at dinner and didn't have the best view of the TV.

I think these last two games tells us a lot of this team. It's great to get to first place by winning a big series vs. the Cardinals. It's easy to get up for that series. I was curious as to how they would respond once in first place and playing a lackluster Milwaukee club. Two-game sweep says enough for me. It wasn't pretty, but at the end of the day it's two wins and they fought back in each game.

The next couple weeks will be huge for us. I know its still considered "early" in the season, but with series against the Braves, Indians, Pirates and Astros we can gain a couple more games on the Cardinals before we have to return to St. Louis following the Houston series.

Per Lance, Harang is pitching against a guy that has gotten 9 total runs in total for his starts. I hope that number isn't doubled with Harang pitching.

Right now I'm not sure what to say. Today could lead to the downfall of this team. I know its only 1 loss but wow, up 8-0. up 6 in the 9th, can lose. Speechless.

Tough game, but at the end of the day it's a loss, the same as losing 5-0. Pick up and move on. I think this team has enough heart and character and veteran leadership to shake this off. Might be a little worried about Massett. That's 2 days in a row he gave up a walk-off. Looks like he was settling in nicely as the set-up guy. A pitcher's psyche is as important as his stuff and he's young. This could stick around with him.

9-1 and lose? Lack of focus? Blame this one on Dusty. What else can we do?

Reds still playing well. Like I said earlier, I just need them to keep me interested until August. If they play well in June and July the anticipation of college football will take over.

Rolen is a beast.

Anyone see Chapman hit 103 yesterday??? Dear lord

Cueto and Arroyo are on a roll. Last 10 starts the reds have won all 10 games.

Its all hines sight. Thankfully you are wrong.

At the time the same thoughts crossed my mind. That's it they are done. Its not the fact it is one game, its being up by soo much in the 9th and letting it slipt. For most teams that would ruin a season. As someone hit on, it just shows the character of this team and how much they can overcome.

This Reds team is something special

The Reds are seriously getting things done. So far it's been fun. Will it last?

Does anyone else get as annoyed with Thom Brennaman announcing games as I do? Not only does he spell his name like an idiot, but he seems like he is always blowing Pujols. We get it, he is a great player. He is not the next coming of Jesus Christ. It doesn't matter who the Reds are playing, Thom always gushes about Albert Pujols. Maybe he is announcing for the wrong team. It is so freaking annoying.
