Finally able to feel something again, ironic how we were all talking about how we wish Oct dunked everything. Now thats funny looking back on it...

Funny in a heartbreaking, soul killing, land of despair type of way

i feel bad for the team and the staff. If ever there was a season that was riddled with more breaks going against the Cats I haven't seen it. On to next year. Even with all the losses I enjoyed the season. Guys played hard and competed.

Not sure I feel bad for staff.. thought Mick had his worst coaching year of his career. This team should have been a lot better.

LOL yeah. On Chad's podcast, Hicks said he wants Ellis to dunk everything. Welp, he did on that one...

how about the foul on Ellis while going up? Why get mad at him for doing the right play this time and ignore the foul?

I get tired of that saying " you can't make a foul call that late." a foul would have given him a And 1 because the foul occurred with time on the clock.

The foul is clear as day. Bembry hit Ellis right in the head. Should have been And 1 with .01 left.

Also, that charge they called on Evans was complete bullshit. Bembry speared Evans. Such such suuuuch bullshit.

That being said. We didn't get stops when we needed to. Story of the year.

This is so tough. 7 months till tip off for yet another Bearcats season. Hard to think about how fine the line is between a hugely successful season vs a very mediocre season. gonna take me a few days to get over. Lord please let Washington be a beast who plays like a man down low. Hot damn, this is $&@$ing rough

Jake Clark was obviously hurt. Forget his lack of scoring he only had two boards in 19 minutes. The is unheard of for him.
Yes sir. It was painful to watch. How many points around the basket did St Joe's have because of second chance/effort plays. The answer...too many.

And to think if Clark was healthy there is a good chance he rebounds some of those... A lot of what ifs... Sucks for the kids the staff the fans everyone.

We played shorthanded and the guys left it all out there. Exciting game with a bad ending. Probably hard to see now but there are some positives to come out of the season. Can't wait for next year.

Hard to imagine that the non-seniors won't be better for the sh*t they went through this year. But God this is rough.

Props to the team for leaving it all out there. There is no shame in that and no shame in losing.

But the season was brutal.

We had the talent to compete, but not win.

Or win, but not the clock manager to keep time properly.

Or dunk, but not with enough time to go to OT.

Not to mention the injuries.

Or 2 half court shots.

Or teams that just always seemed to make plays down the stretch when we failed to in the final seconds.

This season hurt. I hope next is better.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go find a place to cry like a man.

UC has Bengals luck. What good is making the tournament so many consecutive years when you can advance. At this point it's just more torture.

Then you look at a guy like Kevin Ollie, who has yet to lose a NCAA tourney game.

Tough being a Cincinnati fan. What will make this hear the worst ever, will be Xavier in the final four.
