They were beating Memphis with 5 minutes to go. They are not deep and have average talent but lets not pretend they are not capable. As for the offense when Troy, Jermaine, and Shaq give you NOTHING you are going to struggle. So frustrating to watch.
Well we built a lead with Jackson, SK and TC in the game...and when two of them got in foul trouble we stunk. They WILL be back in the game fortunately for us...but I don't like my Vegas bet right now...unless I look at the Memphis and Rutgers games which gives me hope.
Horrible shooting decisions so far as a team. Especially GG and I don't mean to call him out...but come on. jacking up threes from NBA early in the shot clock. Rubles...not good shot decisions either.
Here's an idea...if you are off balance don't freaking shoot the ball please.
We would of been find if we play like a damn team share the ball pass GG you are not a point guard to save his life. Sanders and troy are our 3 point shooters get them some plays. Cronin subbing is too much too fastLets keep the ball rolling and make it 9 straight wins. We got the Temple owls coming to town to face our soon to be ranked bearcats in front of a rocking crowd. Temple is 5-9, but are way better than their record, 8 of the 9 losses have been by single digits. They have solid wins against UGA, UAB, St joes. They've got four players averaging more than 13.9 pts a game so they have the talent but have definitely underachieved as indicated by their record. With this said uc is playing great, and they have the focus to keep it up, i expect a great game from our cats and an easy double digit win. I am very excited with the way this team is playing and they show no signs of slowing up!
Temple looks like straight sh*t but our terrible offense has kept them in this game. Terrible final 5 min. to end the half.
