All I have to say is wow Cumberland is amazing, he has to be beyond gassed he’s played every minute and on every possession he is busting his ass to get open this kids a killer. Gary Clark was “a problem” Jarron Cumberland is “a killer”

Those refs were garbage. I can’t believe Cronin got thrown out for that, didn’t even deserve 1 technical. If those refs managed Hurley the same way he would have had 8 technicals in the UConn game

I'm in the minority on this one, but I'll never fully understand why it's mostly socially acceptable for coaches to gift the other team 4 free throws and get kicked out. Imagine the freak out Cronin would have if Brooks just snapped and got 2 technicals and an ejection. Coaches do it regularly and no one bats an eye. A player does something like that and it would be a main story on ESPN.

Additionally, it's a sad and bad look when your own college players are the ones showing restraint. And the alleged adult, who is the only person besides assistants and trainers that's getting paid $ is incapable of keeping his emotions in check and knowing when to shut his mouth and walk away. It's entirely irrelevant if you're right or not. Once you get that first tech, you have to dial it back. Be an effing adult and professional.

Fortunately it didn't cost them the game.

Cumberland is incredible.

Our defense has regressed so much in the past 4-5 games I don't even know what team I'm watching. Weird season.

Deserve ain't got nothing to do with it once you've already picked up one. He's gotta learn to shut his mouth and walk away.

You're also getting hung up on this particular case. My overarching point is why is it socially acceptable for a coach, the adult in the room who is being paid, to every get kicked out? Players getting two technicals and an ejection would be a major headline, and that guy would be labeled immature, selfish, and unable to control his emotions. But it's ok for the paid grown up to act like a petulant child.

I think we lose this game

I don’t understand this thought process. It’s a home game. USF has played as well as they can and yet they were never in control. The Cats are the better team. If you’ve lost faith, I guess I understand, but why lose faith?
