Off Season and Player Development I see this thread two ways. The biggest off season development to me is the status of Jacob Evans. The biggest player development is scoring down low and that is probably Scott.

NBA He shot terribly over the last couple weeks and he may have been hurt a bit but 2nd round picks have no guaranteed money. Unless he can be assured being drafted in round 1, I think he is back.
