Huh? Your post makes as much sense as still having that ridiculous qoute by P.doc as your signature. If you haven't noticed, UC made the tourney this year. And having Bob Huggins picture as your avatar 6 years after he left UC tells me enough about where your allegiance truly lies.

My reference to Soully wasn't in comparison to GG. I asked the_one_32 if he had heard anything about the other PF recruit visiting this weekend. He said that Cronin thought the he may be a diamond in the rough. This was the same description given to Souly when he initially signed with UC.

What in the world are you talking about? I was referring to the incident when Souly was arreseted for stealing condoms which was essentially the reason he left the program. Someone seems bitter.

Heard one report that GG wouldn't decide till after he took his visits. This goes contrary to earlier reports that the other visits are tentative. Guess we'll know soon enough.
That doesn't sound promising. The more visits he takes, the less likely he comes here, IMO.

It's only one report. I still thing we have a better than average shot at him....but it's recruiting anything can happen

I'm not sure what issue you have with me. I posted a joke in a reference to Souly getting arrested for stealing condoms, and you attacked me saying a whole bunch of garbage of where my allegence lies and whatnot. I had absolutely no clue where that sort of post came from...but of course you just went of on another rant about what I have as a sig/avatar instead of just apologizing for misinterpreting my joke. You don't have to hate Huggy to love Cronin, you can like both guys. You just seem like a bitter old man to me.

What do I have to be bitter about. UC is returning to national prominence and it's rightful place among the elite. And its not because of Bob Huggins. He left a LONG time ago, and most of us have moved on. Not only that, but he coaches for a rival, in conference school, and loves to beat the Cats just like he loves to beat any other school in the conference. I loved him when he coached here, and don't hate him now. BUT, he doesn't coach here anymore, and never again will. So, having his picture as your avatar, IMO, serves no purpose other than to bring back the past. The future is so much brighter now than the recent past, so lets move on.
As far as your sig, you are allowed to change it, you know. Why do you still have P.doc's statement of the Cats having no chance to make the tourney. It definitely is not to remind us how wrong he was, as if this were the case, you would have changed to this when the Cats were assured of being in the tourney. No, you posted this signature on the day that the Cats lost to SJU, and have held on to this despite their appearance in this years tourney. Again, being a not so intelligent fellow, I don't get it. Enlighten me.
You are right about me being old, but that is a relative term. For most of those who post on this forum, if you are over 30 you are old. So I am old.
