This is a HUGE get for Mick and UC! I believe SK will be back at UC and I think this team will be very dangerous with Jermaine starting from day 1. I think he will play the 4 here and will finally give Mick that versatile, skilled wing player that can guard the four and provide major mismatches on the offensive end. SK could average 25-27 ppg next year if he comes back. I truly believe that. I really think this kid is an impact player from day one and will free SK up for some open looks. I think we can end the discussion about Mick not being able to land top talent at UC. This is a great day to be a Bearcat.
On a sad note, Retired Navy Seal Chris Kyle was murdered yesterday in Texas at a gun range. If you have not read his book, "American Sniper", I suggest you do. His story is amazing and dedicated to his friends that did not make it back from the war in Iraq. He dedicated his life to helping soldiers with PTSD and was actually at the range working with a soldier recovering from PTSD when he was shot from close range. A friend and neighbor of his was also fatally shot at the same time. The suspect has been apprehended and I hope he gets what is coming to him. Sorry for sharing this here but his story really struck me and felt the need to share.
