I'm torn on this one. It would be a minor blemish on the face of the Big East and we need all the opportunities to beat ranked team's in conference play as possible, but at the same time I want to see UC be one of the last teams standing!!!

Im with you psax. I think I want more undefeated to go down. When that list gets to 5 or so it gets mentioned a lot.

Yeah. We should really be rooting for Ville, especially because I think we're much better them than right now.

We're playing really well. Can you see Drexel playing with us at our house? I can't...

What a great day to be a Bearcat fan!!!!!!!

Who would have thought years ago that UC fans could mark today as a great day to be a bearcat fan after the schedule they have played. I knew it wasn't a good schedule, and was okay with that, but at the same time people can't bitch about attendance when UC is still playing scrimmage teams.

Could be worse. Could be relying on tip ins, late threes and 3 OT's to beat scrimmage teams. Time to see what this team has. OU and Miami OH on road are decent games. I think our only top 100 game was verse dayton and we demolished them.

Yesterday during the broadcast they showed OU's RPI as somewhere around 150 (146 I believe)... still not an upper echelon team but certain one of the stiffer test's the team has faced thus far... Miami will be the same way.

Like our RPI, it is probable that OU will see a bit of a jump once they hit conference play so long as they can win some games. They could finish inside the top 100 or at least within the top 150.

Discussing when the remaining unbeaten's may fall:

For once DeCourcy isn't overly complimentary of UC. I respect his opinion but I disagree with his assessment that the 'Cats slip up Tuesday at Millett... this team is focused... even with their flaws, they're still very focused... I see 14-0 in our future heading into the Crosstown shootout.

I also noticed that the Sporting News RPI has UC at 89 after the OU victory...

Didnt Miami of Ohio just lose to wright state by 10 on there home court? i think UC goes up there and wins by 14 pts. Coles teams usually punish the pace and force you to play sloppy the whole game so that they have a chance, Uc is pretty used to playing sloppy gritty ball and will not be affected..... if they can guard the 3 cincy will come out winning big. Uc has to much chemistry and to much talent and athleticism for Miami.
