I hope you are right. I feel like the AAC does not really have that good offenses (I like UH though). I definitely feel like this is our year too. Gotta play well in the S-16. Maybe all the past letdowns are having me cautious. Our D doesn't seem to be better than ANY team but one in KP history. Even if we lose in 2nd rd (dare I say it), I know our team is much better than past ones. I wont grade the whole season on the tourney, but it obviously has so much weight.
Most of the past let down your taking about were with teams that way over achieved, teams that really couldn't score and needed a rock fight. This team is different, same tough defense with scoring punch and high iq players.look back and look at our teams in the dance when was the last time we really got the **** beat out of us. We were in every game, just got a couple lucky bounces, shots other teams hit at last seconds. What in saying is we were in basically every game in the tournament, just couldn't string enough offense together to win the game. This year, debatable or not, better defense and no one can tell me this isn't our best offensive team for a while. We need to keep winning. Get a high seed. If this happens our shot at getting past the second round becomes a lot lot lot better. Going in the tournament at a 6 through 8 seed is not ideal for any team. The better we seed ourselves the further were going.

Michigan States 8th ranked defense about to give up 90+ to a 12-13 Iowa team lol. This would be. Big negative for MSU

Announcers during the Mich St game talking about how these last games have proven how good they are. So apparently playing down to your competition and squeaking out wins is the way to be now...
That being said, they dropped a full point in kenpom. And we are now almost 2 full points above them.

St. John's first true road win of the season comes against the 22-1, number 1 team in the country. Wow

3Purdue plays 4MSU this weekend it will be interesting to see if ether of them fall in the rankings when they lose

I think if mich state loses at home (which I think they will), might drop behind us. But Purdue isn't going anywhere but on the other side of Mich St if they lose

OSU knocks off Purdue. With that said we definitely pass the loser of the Purdue mich st game as long as we best SMU
