The recruiting carousel has started... David Johnson (SG 4 star recruit) has de-committed from U of L.

Other schools in the mix per 247, are UK and Xavier.

Louisville currently has zero commitments for the next 2 classes...

Needless to say that seeing UL with no one in their next two classes is quite upsetting to me. It would be even sadder if the Yum! center went under because they could not get enough ticket sales. Wonder how they will be able to recruit playing in a high school gym, with a 4 year post season ban, and not being able to pay their players or buy them hookers.

I'm signed up for my first ever season long College Basketball Fantasy League. 16 team league so I'm 100% going to take our starting 5 in the first 5 rounds. They have Evans and Clark pre-ranked as Top 50 players (If only they were good enough to crack the All-AAC!). Haven't dug around enough yet to see where our other guys are. It's a point league so you get 1 pt for every point, 1.2 for rebounds, 1.5 for assists, 3 for blocks and steals, and -1 for turnovers.

What site are using to manage it ?

LiAngelo Ball and 2 other UCLA players busted for shop lifting in China.

How stupid can you get?

Could impact the UC vs UCLA game. Might not be ranked by the time we get to them depending on the punishments dealt to these guys.

I bet Chinese prisons are a good time.

Also of note.

Louisville vs Bellarmine.

Louisville 50 - 37

11 min to play

We looked WAY better.

72-57 final score.

Game was closer than the final score.

I know the "team A beats B, B beats C = A better than C" argument is weak, but its still nice to see we played so much better against a common foe. (Even though B didn't beat C, you get the point)

We looked alot more balanced and dominant from top to bottom.

Louisville beat Bellarmine 72-57 but score was closer than that according to some.

I wached the entire game. It was a 5 point game with about 4 minutes to go in the first half then UL made a few baskets and Bellarmine got cold. It was a 12 point game at half. But VERY low scoring . 35-23. second half was better for UL. Bellarmine had a lot of very nice plays creating very easy buckets, but they missed ALOT of open 3s. I think UL ended w/ 20 turnovers. But with about 4 minutes to go in the game UL had 70. Just didnt score at all down the stretch. What I found interesting was Malik Williams (who we recruited and wish we got) only played 1 minute and it was to close out the first half.

But we are a much better team than UL.

I think maybe the biggest surprise about this is that UL had 4 guys play over 29 minutes with two of them playing almost the entire game with 37. UC had nobody play over 22 minutes.

Our starters are pretty good and our bench isn't too shabby either!

Mick has said numerous times that this team doesn't have a drop off when they go to the bench, unlike year past. He ain't kidding.

Should be able to play that full court press all night with no problems. Loving the energy they are bringing.

West Virginia in trouble against Texas A&M tonight. And Kentucky struggling with Utah Valley, down 9 at half. I'm sure they will pull it out, but West Virginia goes down that a +1 for us already. Keep climbing!
