By the way, with Troy scoring 20, we now have a player averaging double figures...so there's that.

Sanders has really become the guy we were all hoping he would be before the season. He has been giving us great minutes.

Cobb took a couple bad shots tonight. Might have been pressing a bit. But he made some nice plays when we needed him. Despite his %s, it is nice having a guy who can hit a 3, free throws, and handle the ball like he does. I don't hold one of his TO against him bc I thought it was a jump ball. And was he the one that got reached over when they did call the jump ball by the sideline?

Ellis has struggled both games against UConn, Brimah ate his lunch a few times in each game. Just seems to be a bad matchup for him. He has been good this year though, and was particularly effective against SMU...which we will need next Thursday.

Foul trouble took him out of the game tonight.

CD filled in great though. There's just something I really like about Deberry as he gts in even better shape and builds stamina, he's going to be tough to keep off the floor. Also, Quadri Moore played solid when he was in. Nothing spectacular but solid and that's what the team needs from him in his minutes.

There was one spectacular play by Moore. That screen he set on that player from UCONN. WOW!! Quadri "The Human Wall" Moore. :D

Next year is going to be interesting assuming Deberry gets in better shape. It'll be very hard to have Deberry, Ellis, or Clark on the bench. Obviously it will be Deberry most of the time but I'm like you Jeff, I really like the potential of Deberry. His defense was very good tonight and he puts pretty on the other teams bigs with the way he attacks.
