i honestly can't think of the last scholarship player who was worse than quadri and didn't move on in short order

I hate to ever bash a student athlete but Quadri shows not one ounce of effort out on the floor. When he got pulled from the game he literally walked to ECU's bench and turtle walked the whole length to his final destination. It just doesn't make any sense. You don't have the skills to play at this level? Fine. I can live with that. But when you play like with no passion, energy, pride, its time to leave.

I felt we were at our best at the end of last season when all 3 bigs were playing at there best and man, did our bigs look good.

If Ellis, Clark smc deberry can stay playing like the big men they were last year, and Cobb gets out of his slump, then we have a very good shot at running the table.

I was a bit disappointed at how much we pressed when it clearly wasn't working and just exhausting us. ECU mostly beat the press with ease and scored a lot off beating it. They didn't score nearly the same when we were in our half court defense.

Glad we were able to dominate the last 5-6 minutes. 1. Bc I couldn't deal with another close game to a shitty team and 2. Because I was able to leave with 2 minutes left to avoid being stuck in the Calhoun garage for an hour. Very big crowd today but not very lively

When Ellis is engaged and Gary is confident, we have to pound it down low. Enough with the possessions that dont go to the block at some point

I've never been so sure of running the offense through Gary as I am now. Give it to him on the high post...he can pass or take it to the hole. He's a great passer, can knock down the j, and take it to the hole. Get it to him on the block. ..same thing. He's extremely efficient at scoring, he's awesome with assists. It's EXACTLY what we need for inside out scoring.

If we do this the rest of the season. ..we are gonna be tough to beat! GC is a freaking beast!

Might I add he doesn't travel much, has good handles, doesn't get stipped, he's extremely smart, etc etc etc

Ellis and Clark ( the expedition )...we need those guys playing like that the rest of the year! !

21 assists as a team, eight from Clark and Ellis combined. That'll do. Imagine how many assists this team would have if they knocked down half their wide open looks.

Most possessions did go inside first. That was a key in practice this week
