IDK where Deberry is or if he is working out for a team. But Bill Walton just posted a picture with Deberry

Looking back at the tweet that Gelehrter made about troy benching the most. Rehfeldt commented on it saying Washington actually benches the most, but Troy benched the most for active players last year. Kilpatrick holds the all time record for guards(dont know if thats alltime or under mick) with 22 reps at 185. I dont think they posted Troys actual numbers

I know last off season troy got 235 for seven reps. also saw deberry with his 7 foot something wingspan got 265 for 3 reps. Some of these can be found on rehfeldts instagram i believe. Also I have seen gary get some easy reps on 225. I think sk still holds the 185 record. But again bench is just one aspect of strength

Heres a good video of our off season program and show the progress some guys have made

235 7x. Max around 250 like I said

no that's no how it works if you can get a weight 7 good reps you do not just add a 5 and 2.5 on each side and that's your max, he can get more than 250. Besides you said troy was best bencher well there is video of deberry getting 265 3 times if troys max is 250 that doesn't add up

Not sure if has been officially posted here. But van exel hired as Grizzlies assistant res.ly growing his resume

I saw on Twitter that SK signed with Golden State. I don't know who reported it or what the details are. If someone finds them before me, please post. Thanks!
From pg 1 of this thread. He is in a nice spot now, but could have been working on 2 rings with GS. :)

Heard from a friend that shaq had an nba work out with the rockets. Good exposure for these guys; farad, ellis, and now shaq have all had workouts

Anyone heard of anything for DeBerry? I will admit, as I was cutting through campus this past weekend around 12:30 he was walking out on 5/3...guess he's just working out and waiting for a chance?

Chad did a nice podcast with Cashmere Wright last night. It's a great listen. There were many insightful tidbits. One that I enjoyed was when they talked about assistant Tony Stubblefield. Cash said Tony was the first coach who reached out to him, how respected Tony is/was. Also talked about how majority of those players were recruited by Tony. Basically there is a reason he is making half a million per year doing the same job at Oregon.

Chad, if you see this great pod cast.

Jeremy Lin just signed with the Nets for 3 years $36 Million. I wonder what impact his signing will have on SK, if any?
