This is the 1st post I've made since the game. I 100% support Jacob in what he is trying to do here. He is trying to change this site into a place where all Bearcat fans have a voice, not just the ones who worship Mick Cronin. Contrary to what many on here believe, the kind of post made in this thread by Amberlycolonel, which eventually got UCAlum banned for his personal attack, is a very common and popular opinion of Mick Cronin outside of this website. For years, if you voiced an opinion against Mick Cronin on this site, you were personally attacked and eventually banned. I know, I've been banned many times for just stating an opinion, never for personal attacks against fellow posters. I support the program, the team, and the coach unconditionally. But, I don't have to believe that he is our best option to lead this program. There are many fans who dress in red and black, attend every single game, cheer their butts off, and despise this coach. That is just the facts. Jacob is changing this site to what it should be, a place where all Bearcat fans can speak and banning those that should be banned....the ones who toss out personal attacks, questionable language, and other insults at fellow Bearcat fans who might not have the same opinion as theirs. A good poster is not one who loves Mick Cronin. A good poster is one who loves the Cincinnati Bearcats. It's about time that those who will personally attack other posters are getting tossed out of here. It's gone on far too long, and it is why this site was going downhill. Bravo to Jacob for taking a stand.
As to Bulldog, I don't understand half of what he is saying. He is all over the place. He posts so much that it is hard to follow his train of thought. I don't enjoy his posts that much, but he certainly has a right to be heard, until he starts attacking other posters which I guess is why he got banned yesterday.
As for the game, we tried hard, but we just don't have the level of talent to realistically have a shot. Next year will be better (I hope). The expectations will be high, and I hope what is still a pretty weak offensive team, will have a big transformation in the next 6 months. Whether or not that will happen is certainly something for many to debate. I am ready for some significant success for a change.
