I'm sorry, did you not just say KJ's experience with SK was "by watching" and "not hands on"? Actually, dont answer that. I dont even care.
 
This is my best guess of minutes at the guard positions.

PG:

Caupain - 22
Guyn - 12
Cobb - 6

SG:

Johnson - 17
Guyn - 8
Cobb - 8
Morman - 5
Caupain - 2
 
I like everyone's enthusiasm about the upcoming season but it is utterly ridiculous to try and breakdown player minutes at this point in time. Use your energy on something more interesting and true.

At what point should we breakdown player minutes? Mid-season?

I do not want to waste my energy anymore, please guide me Sensei!!! :rolleyes:

Umm maybe a couple games into the season. There are so many factors that will determine player minutes. So many factors that even the amazing minds of this board can't foresee. I mean this "breakdown" discussion has been going on before Jermaine Lawrence decided to leave. I know its slow news on the college bb front but give it break.
You guys should pm each other if you want to continue the never ending player minutes breakdown. Im not a math wizard but think how many different combinations there are. The possibilities are endless, minds might be blown.

What kind of stuff are you expecting to see when you click on a thread called "next years team"?

Anything besides the constant back and forth minute by minute breakdown of players in which no way can you justify at this point. Do any of you know Russell Crowe? If you want to continue this minute breakdown we might need a beautiful mind. If you can do that I would be intrigued with the minute breakdown. Until that happens, and I continue to see:

KJ-15
ST-24
Etc etc I will continue to give you hell :)

My office is wallpapered with UC magazine and newspaper clippings. I've been up til 4 am every night looking for codes in stats and patterns in Mick's press conferences. I think if he blinks 20 times in an answer about Caupain, that means Caupain will average at least 20 min... and so on and so forth...

Give it a break. Speculation is about the only thing this whole thread is about. If you want to take it to the extreme none of us know anything about the future of our team so we shouldn't even be speculating.

Will we have a good enough team to get to the dance? Hmmm...can't really know that so let's close that topic.

Do you think someone might redshirt? Hmmm...can't really say for sure so lets close that topic too.

I don't know where people get off telling others what NOT to talk about...LOL!
