No thanks. If this happens, win or lose, the entire talk will be about Wichita St. If this teams wins the whole thing, I want guys like SK, JJ and TR to be front and center nationally.

Good point. I just want someone else who doesn't get lots of national recognition to make it there.

I'll be rooting very har for Buzz Williams and Marquette tonight. Stinks that game isn't til 930

Not so fast. Trust me, I'd like nothing more than Xavier to get beat like a drumb and miss the tourney but Cincy currently has no sub 50 RPI losses.

Per ESPN Xavier is currently sitting at 49. A loss to Marquette would most definitely drop them somewhere between 50-60.

I would hate for the selection committee to try to decide between us and another team for the last 3 seed and that sub 50 loss be the deciding factor.

Nebraska takes down Wisconsin at home and ends the season earning a double bye in the conference tournament. With wins over Ohio State, Wisconsin, @Michigan State and fellow bubble team Minnesota, I think they are very good shape to make the NCAA tournament a year ahead of schedule. Hard to leave out 19-11 with 11 B1G wins, #41 in the RPI with the 27th ranked SOS, and with the double bye they likely avoid a chance for a bad loss.

B10 doesn't do double byes.

If UC takes care of business in the AAC tourney they will get a 3 at worse, and possibly a 2 at best seed. If Xavier losing and being knocked out of the NCAA tourney affects the Bearcats seed, so be it. I would gladly trade that for PukeU to be out of the tourney.

I'm not sure losing to the #48 rpi team or #55 really makes a huge difference.

It would also give UC a 7-3 record vs the top 50 vs 7-4.

Amen brother. I am right there with you.

Xavier is going to need some help to NOT get in, they have about a 4-5 team buffer before they fall out.

I definitely won't be watching that game, especially with UConn-Memphis on at the same time.

Seton Hall has hung tough in a lot of games this year, but I would not expect them to win this. And I will be watching the Xavier and the UConn game tonight.

If Seton Hall quits fouling they have a shot. They allowed 18 free throws that half and only attempted 2.

Iowa State-Kansas State is what a conference tournament should be like. Filled arena for an early local tip with good fan support on both sides.

You might be right, but 19-12 with an expected RPI of 60 has NIT written all over it. At best, they'd be headed to Dayton.

Seton Hall is playing very well to come back, tied at the under 4 timeout. ISU-KSU has been a very good back and forth, reminds me of some Big East games like UC-G'town in the afternoon at MSG.
