Urban Meyer back at it?

He left Florida because he saw trouble brewing at OSU and perhaps he had been in talks with OSU about a coaching position in the future, just maybe. Once he saw sh*# was about to hit the fan at OSU he saw a window of opportunity to coach the team he watched growing up.

The guy won every where he has been. I'm sure he has full confidence in his ability to coach. Tim Tebow or not. If he were announced as UC's head coach, I'd love to hear your reaction then

I don't know about that. While there was trouble brewing, no one saw Tressel getting canned, including Gene Smith, Gordon Gee or Tressel himself. I think he looked at his roster and didn't want to deal with a rebuilding situation in the SEC.

I'm sure there were bigger reasons than just his health for leaving FL. I would say that between winning 2 NC at FL already and with the uncertainty surrounding OSU, he lost the passion of being at FL.

But to say he was scared of his roster and had no confidence in his own ability to rebuild at FL is absurd

After watching last weeks games, OSU fans should be very concerned.

Guiton is better then braxton btw.

Not an OSU fan, but 18-0 for old Urbs is very impressive. He will have them in the title game picture virtually every year...

The SEC is still bigger than urban meyer... College football is ran through the SEC, dont expect a change anytime soon.

Guiton makes the players around him better. Braxton is more athletic and still did go 12-0 last season

Urban is definitely a good coach, but they need a better non-conference schedule. They play little sisters and then they go play against a very weak B10. When the B10 was in its prime, they could afford to schedule cupcakes, but now, they need tougher games. I'm happy AN Ohio State University's President is gone, he was a clown and he mooched off the university. I'm a Catholic, and I thought his ND jokes were good, but c'mon, you can't make Catholic jokes when you are a Mormon. For every Catholic joke, there are 2 Mormon jokes that you could make.

As a college fball fan I agree the schedule was weak, however they were supposed to open with Vandy...who is OK, but Vandy had to drop and left OSU to pick up FL A&M last minute. Also at the time they scheduled Cal they were respectable.

Agree about Gordon Gee, although would be a good guy to drink with. joker
