The 5'10" 165 lbs. pg is rated 92 by ESPN and given 4 stars.
Strengths:
Stewart is a quick and crafty point guard who gets wherever he wants to on the floor, is very clever using his body, has phenomenal poise with the basketball for such a young player, and is a pure point who thinks pass first shoot second. Despite being very undersized, both from a height and strength perspective, Stewart knows how to make his size work for him. He is Chris Paul-esque splitting the ball screen or going through the lane with his dribble barely coming off the ground and excels at getting defenders on his back and shielding them from his finishes. His quickness is a major asset defensively, allowing him to harass opposing ball-handlers for the length of the floor.
Weaknesses:
The southpaw goes left almost every time and will cross back over at the first opportunity when forced to go right. While he makes mid-range pull-ups and free-throws, Stewart is a driving guard who needs to prove himself a threat at the three-point line. He uses his body well around the rim but will need to learn to finish at wider angles inside the lane. Physically, he is undersized and will need to continue to get stronger as he is sometimes susceptible to being overpowered by bigger guards.
Bottom Line:
Stewart is one of the top point guard prospects in the class of 2013. He is quick and clever with great poise and feel for the game. He excels in transition or screen roll action and only needs to continue to get stronger and become a more consistent shooter from the perimeter.
