Here's another video for those interested. This one is Quadri v. Karl Towns:

Finally found a recent game highlight for Quadri, see below. He hits a nice running hook, toward the end. The more video I see of him, the more I'm impressed with his low-post play and the fact that he does not shy away from contact. Add another 25 lbs of muscle on his frame and he will be unstoppable inside.

25 lbs of muscle? Damn thats a lot. I think people are being a little unrealistic about the size of Gary Clark and Moore. I know Quadri has worked hard over his career to get in the shape hes in. A 6'8" 230+ lb 18 yo is pretty big. DeBerry and Strickland are the big boys. I think Quadri is a decent size for the type of player he is.
Clark would benefit more from adding 5-10 pounds but they are both readyLol. It kills me when people act like you can just add 10 or more lbs of muscle in the offseason like its nothing. 5lbs is more realistic and still not easily achieved. Big gains are usually made by those with no prior weight training experience and from I've seen, both Clark and Moore have some experience. They could both add 15-20lbs of muscle, but it would be over a course of the next 3-4 years.
Anyway I believe both already weigh enough to contribute this coming year physically. So it's more important they get leaner and stronger this summer and prepare themselves for a long and more demanding season ahead than they're used too.
Quadri Moore will just need to get into better shape. His frame is fine in terms of weight/muscle, at least for his first year. His conditioning will be the biggest challenge.
He definitely needs to work on his motor. Loafing back down the court on defense won't cut it with the coaching staff. With the front court additions, I think he may be the odd man out for playing time. Wouldn't be upset if he were to redshirt next year.
Here we go with the redshirt stuff again...didnt we just do this with Clark? If there was a plan for him to redshirt here, Im sure he wouldve committed somewhere else.
If we end up with 13 players SOMEONE will redshirt there is not enough minutes to play 13 players and no need to waste a year for a couple minutes a game. Plus since Mick has been here every year he has redshirted someone. Idk who will redshirt weather it be a transfer (sit a year) or a big man or Guyn (shoulder).

I think that you may be right NTS. Depending on how Ge'Lawn heals over the summer he could be a candidate. If we get a JUCO or scorer transfer I could see Kevin Johnson redshirting. Too many guards and not enough minutes to go around.
No he hasn't, please stop saying this. It simply isn't true.
How do we have not enough minutes at guard? At this moment, we have the same amount of guards as last year, minus an All-American. Why would Mick be actively recruiting guards if he didn't have room for them? Why would Mick redshirt the only guard on the roster that showed he could fill the role as a scorer? Kevin Johnson redshirting is ridiculous.
I don't believe anyone will redshirt unless someone gets injured again (like Mormon). I don't think Mick wants to go through another year with a short roster.

What the first year when we had 7 players?
The last 4 years he has
2014- Morman
2013- Davis III
2012- Thomas and Ellis
2011- Gaines
2010- Kilpatrick
More or less, yes, he has done it every year since he has had a bit of depth on the roster/since UC has been a contender to be a tournament team. Also, to whoever said Cronin wants 5 bigs in his rotation on the radio show, he said he wanted 5 bigs on the roster, not in the rotation.
