It's official. I happy with this pick up. I hope he can be a scoring/creating offense guard that we so desperately need. Regardless of the kids 3pt %, he can score.

I dont know of any grad transfers we have been in on. Id find it hard to believe we spend all 3 of our scholarships on transfers. We need a 3 to spot Evans for this season and possibly a big that is ready now. Devin Davis maybe?

I agree. this is a big signing. He fills a need and has a year to practice with the guys he will play with. He also represents a bit of a different style and skill then what TC has given us.

Im not sure Davis is a 3. Looking at his Juco box scores. He was playing Center. They started 3 guards and then a 6'4" F then him at 6'7" The tallest guy on their team was 6'8". I also dont know how much time he was getting at the 3 at IU

Evans will start at the "3". I'd be really surprised about anything else.

Coach I think the need for next year is a big who can back up Washington. Need someone who can buy some time for Brooks to develop. It would also let Washington slide over to the 4 on occasion when Clark isn't on the floor. At least one of the two schollys left have to go to a guy who can back up our bigs. Not willing to risk a potentially great season on a true freshman in Brooks or Scott and Moore with so many transfers out there.
