Who cares about bracketology at this point.
It's a safe bet giving UC an 8 or 9 seed it's because what they had last two seasons but I truly believe we will be higher this year

I'll worry about seeding when we are heading into the conference tourney. Right now its nothing more then media trying to fill air time.

How do they even try and predict the bracket at this point? I get it, it's fun and it gets "clicks." Truth is no one can predict player development, freshman contributions, how redshirt players do their first year, injuries, etc.

The one thing I do know is our lineup as of today is Caupain, ???, Evans, Clark and Washington. SG is either KJ or Cumberland. I'm happy with either one of those guys coming off the bench and making their contributions. Kevin will be in there late, close games for defensive purposes and Cumberland will sub in for offense just like with Cobb last year. After that I think Moore or Scott see the most minutes depending on how often Washington gets in foul trouble. Scott was very athletic and the best passer in Georgia according to one scout.

Caupain and Clark have improved their numbers every season so far. They are going to be our leaders and their success determines how far we can go. Washington is going to surprise a lot of people and I'm expecting him to be more consistent than Ellis was. Hopefully Evans doesn't have a sophomore slump, but a breakout year. If he can average 12+ a game.... We could be scary good. I agree 100% with the previous poster that said injuries are the only thing that will hold this team back. We don't need 12 deep. Just our starting lineup to be solid and the first 2-3 guys off the bench (after KJ or Cumberland) to not blow games when they're in there.

That's what we all said last year, and it turned out to be exactly right.

Your first part was a rant on guys making predictions. Then after that you predicted every thing them guys did.

Its It's going to be hard winning championships this year without a 6'7-6'8 wing. Evans and Cumberland too small for SF. Scott should be developed to play the wing

It certainly would be a start.

Lol....it wouldn't be a start Waite. It would be a great success! I think NTS has finally dropped his expectations down to just calling the season a great success for just making the tournament like everyone else does these days. The bar is starting to drop even amongst our most ardent supporters now. I'm holding out though. I'm keeping my expectations high. The day I drop my expectations down there will be the day I discontinue buying my tickets.

Tre Scott has one whole inch on Evans.

Last year during home game warm ups Evans looked as tall or taller than Clark. Im not worried about height though. Our best team in the last 10 years had a 6'3" Parker playing power forward and 6'3" Dixon at SF.

Ya to say evans at 6'6" is too short to be our wing is just plain ignorant, 6'6" is plenty tall for a 3. Nova won the championship with josh hart at wing and he is 6'5"

We really need Evans, Caupain, & KJ to work on their 3 point shooting. Losing Cobb makes us a much worse 3 point shooting team.

But I believe Evans and Caupain should be able to make significant jumps from last years percentage. If they don't then, yea, it could be a long year
