I always said that the UL job will be the one place Cronin leaves us for. There will be so many people on here butt hurt when he brings in top recruits there with the endless amounts of resources thrown at him. #eatcrow

Maybe if their top 5-8 candidates turn it down. They are aiming MuCH MUCH higher than Mick...
 
Noticed the dates amd times were released for our occ tourney at Mohegan Sun Arena. I love how that will basically be a home game for Rhode Island. It's only 55 miles from their campus. If they stay ranked, which I assume they will, could be a good fan turnout for them.
 
Interesting that because of the controversial law in North Carolina, Albany has pulled out of their game against Duke which is a part of this HOF Classic event.

Which seems crazy to me, as even though I'm anti the bill, like what does Duke have to do with it ?

I wonder if they find another team or if Albany drops all games they play in the "tourney"

Game is supposed to be played in Durham. Don't want to even travel to the state of North Carolina I guess...

I agree man! At least we'll have football to keep us distracted until November here soon. I am a HUGE Bearcat basketball fan, but I do love my Bengals as well. Nothing better than having a weekend jam packed of college football, basketball and NFL games on Sunday and Monday...
 
Nothing too awesome but I was in Clifton today at the Amazon store and I saw farad Cobb and shaq playing cornhole and then when leaving I saw Jacob Evans and tre Scott. I shoulda asked of Jacob was ready to lead the team in scoring but didn't get a chance too

Yea, he they did hear me yell to my wife "Oh Shit thats jacob evans and Tre Scott"... Im guessing practice just let out.

It was pregame for FC Cincinnati game, so a lot of people out. Just cool to see two seniors from last year still hanging around and then see what i think is the future of this team.

Funny thing is: Shaq looks bigger now than he has ever been.
 
Ha my wife was like, let's go ask for a picture. Ive never done that before in my life and wouldn't start today. I'm just not the kinda guy who wants to meet athletes or musicians. Let alone college kids

Good to see we have the same strength coach!! I feel like he is one of the best in the country. If Scott puts on as much muscle weight as he did in the first year he could give us some very valuable minutes as a defender, rebounder, enforcer. That's all I really would like to see from him. Any offensive contribution would just be a bonus IMO.
 
The strength coach seems very good. Good news is he's engaged or married to a girl from the Westside I went to school with whose a news sports anchor for local Cincinnati so something tells me that he is content being here. He truly transforms these guys into Monsters.

Man, all of our players have such great off-seasons with conditioning. They get sooooo strong that it pays HUGE dividends on the court :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

If only we could get athletic talent to pair with some muscle......
