Watching college basketball this afternoon Ky,Florida and Villanova I came away thinking UC can play with a lot of those teams. Also watching SMU and my opinion is they are very good. People can point out that they don't have much depth or a true point guard but they are long athletic and are good on both ends of the court. Much like us. We have weaknesses but we are dangerous. Really will be a interesting end to the session.

Was thinking the same. I was watching the UL/ND game and thought I wouldn't want to play either one of those teams. UL has some serious length and size that would cause issues for us on offense. ND just moves the ball so well, they missed so many wide open shots in the first half UL was lucky they missed so much.

Watching the SMU game now and the ponies are already running away with it. I want a rematch so dang bad. I hope UC can make it to the finals.

Yes they are spanking Memphis. No contest!!

Our league has very little depth but teams better not over look either of us in the tourney or they will be going home.

SMU is playing as well as any team in the nation right now - UC beating them in AAC tourney would be massive, and very, very difficult

I think they've been a lot better than us the last few months, they rarely have a game off. Having said that, we were up 9 with 15 minutes left in their place.

There players have a lot of confidence and due to their lack of depth they have the comfort to play without the fear of losing playing time due to mistakes. It can build alot of confidence when you know your secure... That being said I've said for awhile they have the best starting five in the league and probably in alot of leagues that would be true.

That game is likely to get very little weight from the committee. It would tip off around 3pm on Selection Sunday. While they do use contingency brackets, pretty much everything will be set before that game. So even if UC won by 50, I doubt they'd be rearranging much. Big part of why it's really dumb to have the title game that late on a Sunday.

If we beat uconn tomorrow, I would say there's a 90% chance we are a 5 seed no matter what. If we won out maybe a 4. Not much difference between the 2 seeds tho

Not the AAC but relevant because we're playing in their Arena next year. The Horizon League's top two seeds are out leaving room for NKU to make a run and get in the dance in their first year of eligibility

If they get in maybe we play them since the committee seeds teams to sell tickets. 😂

UCF beat Colorado to advance in the NIT. 26 points for BJ Taylor

Houston tied with Akron under 4 minutes to go.

doubtful if Tacko leaves

Is he thinking about going pro? I can't see him being any good in the NBA within the next 4 years. Yeah, he's 7'6 but he can't really guard a mobile big and he can't hide in a zone in the NBA.
