There is 1000X more exposure in a NCAA first round loss than an NIT championship. No one watches the NIT and the people who do are thinking, "Wow these teams suck they didnt even make the tournament." Im really happy with the floor Cincinnati basketball has right now. Im just not happy about its ceiling.

RPI settles in at #53. Pretty good day for us yesterday.
They shouldn't lose to Houston. If CATS beat SMU they are in for sure and I'm sure they will pick up a win or 2 in Conf. Tourney. SMU game is huge for rankings and momentum. Let's get the errr SHOE rocking and beat the piss out of SMU.

Houston is playing with a lot of confidence. They believe if they win out they have a bubble chance. It's going to be a very tough game for us.

I think I want smu to beat UConn so they can be ranked when we whoop them at what will be a rocking sold out fifth third, but UConn will be ready to go some viewing it as a must win for them to feel safe

Yeah i agree. Ive been feeling pretty good of our chances after all the talk here. Then you read that article and its a total buzzkill. I guess we just have to keep winning.

Yeah Jerry Palm sucks.
He lost to Coastal Carolina( or Western?) And several other bad teams. This is regular season like your ECU reference.
