If you go year by year there would be a diff argument for who is the better conf, but on a consistent level the Big 10 and 12 are relative

• The big 12 has 2 teams in the top 5, one of those teams being the #2 team in the nation. The big 10's best team is #15.
• The big 12 has 3 teams ranked higher than the big 10's best team, which btw, is 30% of their conference.
