Not sure why a lot of people put Clark in the 4-5 category but call Thomas a 3. At least from what I've seen on YouTube, the two's style of play look unbelievably similar. I'm very excited to see what those two can do when on the court together. Thomas should begin to mature and get more consistent, while Clark can learn from him. Both very explosive.

I think he's a 3-stretch 4

Clark is a 6'7" and 215 lbs. before hitting campus. Sanders has been here 3 years and isn't 215. Clark could very well be a 4 by the time he leaves here.

Hey the one 32 have you heard anything lately about deng deng or Jordan Tribble I know they were possible recruits? And as of now my list for final 2 scollys or last 1 and save the other for next year.

Deng deng
Anas Mahmoud
Torian Graham
Jaquan Lyle
Anthony Allen
Jabari McGee
Legand Robertin
Jordan Tribble

I think you can cross Mahmoud off this list. His host family lives in Louisville and I believe is friends with the Pitinio family. He will either land at Louisville or Minnesota...

Yeah I think he is a long shot and now Florida has got involved so pretty much out of reach.

I mean Anthony Allen even looks like a bearcat. Would love to add him and think our chances are pretty good. Oklahoma state is a big time competitor in his services.

Allen has been very quite on the recruiting front and all you ever hear about is UC, Oklahoma and Oklahoma state. Allen is in the top 10 jucos for this year I would think he would have a lot more interest and the longer the process goes on the moreteams will get involved. I would love to have him I think he would have a impact next year it's just a matter of getting him out of the west. Also I'm not so worried about Oklahoma state because every recruit thats any good for 2014 they are involved with so they are just poking everywhere to fill that scolly.

I'd like another juco so we don't lose all the bigs in a single season. I'm a big believer that balanced classes help maintain a winning environment...unless you're UK and get 5-6 top 25 guys.

Agree Jeff. Especially about Lawrence.

I have only seen flashes of his abilities but one thing I have seen and like is his ball skills. For a guy his size he has very good ball skills. He just needs to figure out how to make them work for him at the college level. Hopefully experience and weight will help him accomplish that.

I was dead wrong about GG. Hope he gains more confidence and if so I think his game will get much better.

If we are able to play a faster uptempo game next year ST will be huge for us. Adding about 20LBS would also help.

Caupain will be a monster next year.

Biggest issue surrounding next years team is finding a defensive replacements for JJ and Rubles. THey cover up a lot of defensive breakdowns for us and they are able to guard multiple positions. I really think this will be harder to replace then SK's offense.

Seems like the major concerns are who is/are going to be the leader(s) of this team, who is going to replace JJ and TR on D, who is going to step up and take the scoring roll, and what exactly are we going to look like at the 5.

Leaders...I think the team leader(s) will have to be either VERY productive or VERY emotional or VERY composed in hostile situations. Not sure I see that in our returning juniors and seniors...maybe Thomas. I could see this being a "group effort" next year with team chemistry being the most important. Or maybe a challenge issued by Cronin and challenge accepted by player.

Defense...we probably aren't going to have anything close to the great switching and blocking bigs we have now...but maybe we can be better at keeping people out of the lane. Clark does like to swat balls and KJ, DM, and GG can hound the perimeter.

Scoring? I think this will be much more balanced but may take another year to find some studs.

One thing I am hoping to see which we haven't had in years is the lost art of the pull up or mid range J. We tend to focus so much on 3's and driving to the hoop that we forget the easiest shot is sometimes to pull up in between. We will have guys like Thomas, Lawrence, Clark, Moore who are tall enough to shoot over people and they have relatively good shots. I would like to see balance between 3's, pull up J's, and slashing to the rim for fouls and dishes.

I think Clark and Lawrence will help in that area.

I think we should go hard after Allen and then pocket the other scholly, unless someone like Lyles falls into your lap.

I am feeling much better about GG over the past couple of weeks. Seems the time on the floor is really helping him and I hope he finishes strong and has a great offense. He still needs to get to the rim and finish and I'd love to see him use the floater he used in high school and his baseline drive more.

I think the 2 will be ok with Mormon and KJ but certainly have no issue with bringing a guy that can shoot or with experience in if it makes us better.

Caupain could play the 2 some next year side by side with GG. The defense on the perimeter with GG, KJ and Mormon will be very strong.

The low post will be deep but untried. The 3 is solid if not spectacular with Shaq, Sanders and Clark who may play some stretch 4 at times.

Collectively we will have big bodies inside. Strickland, Deberry, and Moore are are big and strong. They will block some shots as a group but none will be a JJ but I think with Strickland and Deberry the post scoring will be solid as well.

Lawrence will start at the 4 spot and I think we will see a big leap from him after a year back on the court and a whole year of strength training.

As a group I think it will be a better foul shooting team. The last pieces need to fit and should be targeted for need. This is a deep if young team.

Who, in your opinion is the go-to guy next year? Or maybe who do you want the ball in the hands of in a tie-game with 15 seconds left? To me that's one of the biggest questions. We need a leader. I'm thinking Caupain maybe. The way he has looked the past few games makes you scratch your head, but he seems to me to have the most confidence out there combined with playing time. KJ has confidence and I like what I've seen but really haven't seen out of Mormon but they don't have much time on the court thus far. I think Shaq should be the answer and maybe he'll take that next step in his junior year. Usually that's when players do take that step, but I'm not sold he'll ever play with complete confidence. Will Lawrence bulk up and adjust to the speed/physicalness of college ball by next year? Will Guyn have a similar improvement to JJ this past year and come in a force next year? What about Sanders as a senior? There are so many questions, but I love the talent level and the endless possibilities.
