Here are some basic things I will be looking to improve upon next year.

Cronin...continue with improved recruiting. Improve offense a little.

Ellis. Needs a post move...foot work and being strong with ball.

Clark. Mid range jumper

Caupain. More assertive looking to score at every level inside and out.

Cobb. Build on end of year confidence. Be a better distributor.

KJ. Turnovers and ball handling in pressure situations

Debary. Lose 20 lbs and better condition.

Thomas. Slow down and build on confidence

Moore. Passion and work ethic

Morman. Attitude and jumper

Fewer turnovers which will = more points/possession - 6 of the elite 8 teams all rank in top 12 in that category (including the top 4)

My 2 things in general are better free throw shooting and more 12-18 ft. jump shots...less threes

Maybe 12 footers but I'd argue that as you approach 18 feet out that it becomes the worst shot in basketball. Plus, for whatever reason (likely due to kids not practicing these anymore) players seem to be pretty bad at shooting mid-range jumpers. I could be wrong, not sure if there are statistics on this.

They "should" be a very good FT shooting team next year.

IF you can make the mid range jumper ,they cant slack off you and it makes it a lot easier go around the defender.

Yea, I guess I was thinking more of our guards taking mid-ranges. If our bigs can hit them out to 10 feet it would be a huge asset. I already think Ellis and Deberry can but Clark really needs to work on it.

Can't tell you how excited I am for next season just as the team stands. However, with another year of maturity, player additions (including this spring), and off-season improvement I have to think they will be the pre-season pick as conference champion. Anything less than a sweet 16 and I will be disappointed.

I agree with you but would also add that they need to beat x.
