As I thought the fans will start to come, Seton Hall will be between 9,000 and 10,000 easily. The Cats are the real deal. Finally....

I'm wondering what the impact of having the game at 8:00 P.M. on New Years Eve will be... obviously defeating DePaul by 16 only helps, as does being 13-0...

I'd go Friday but I'll be out of town unfortunately. I DEFINITELY will catch the game one way or another though... this is a game that worries me- I hope this experienced, veteran team doesn't look past a struggling Seton Hall team to X... one game at a time boys.

The crowd had some energy last night and the players, especially Larry Davis, fed off it. If this team stays humble it can really be good and it will help reconnect the fans to the program.

I think Seton Hall will still be a respectable test, although this team should win by 15 or so. Losing Hazell hurts , but like UC sometimes losing a scorer does not necessarily mean doom for the team. Uc is the real deal without a doubt in my mind and definately deserve a top 25 ranking by there name, people are saying there is not 25 teams that are better than the Cats, but i dont think there is 15 teams that are actually better then UC. Rankings or no rankings, being undefeated with a 2-0 start in the Beast is way better than i ever imagined. Lets say UC is in the top 7 of the league and is a lock for the tournament, I would have to think Cronin would be the favorite for coach of the Big East and Coach of the year period. I am really happy with the chemistry and think our defense is 2nd to no one. A big win over X and the shoe will be standing room only with people begging to get in... GO UC!!!!!

Seton Hall is pretty undisciplined. They'll shoot the ball with the first open look, chuck 3s if they can get them off, and will break down in the halfcourt if you execute your offense.

We should win this game. Seton Hall does have some athleticism and experience, but I think they just have a bunch of guys that don't play as a team and can be easily taken out of the game.

Just dont get caught looking ahead to X. Get the win and lets have a fun week leading up to the X game.

Fiance is not too pleased with the timing.

Yeah, I told the wife I wanted to go and she doesn't want to be getting started with friends that late. Will be 10:30 at the earliest before we could get somewhere. These friends better have a TV turned on for me or the won't be friends much longer.

Ticket sales are picking up. There is an article at cincinnati.com that the walk up sale last night was 1,100 and that XU is sold out, and Louisville, West Va, etc. are close to sell outs.

Mick was a wise man getting the team to 13-0.

Ticket sales and wins are huge for MC. If UC keeps playing well, the fans will come.

Sometimes it's on the team to create demand (see Bengals).
