I feel like they use Shaq as their outlet/fast break guy considering his insane leaping ability. He's best NOT in the half court so I always feel thats a set play that he releases when not under the hoop. For that reason I like Shaq and Morman not playing together.

Yeah, you're right. No Shaq and Morman together. That could be a mess.

Man I am nervous for the game tonight. We need to win this game and IMO can go either way. Not sure what you're going to get with UC, especially with the turnovers. We should be able to win the American this year but have to win games like tonight. Ahhhhhhhh

I know this won't happen but I wish Morman would start with Caupain.

Morman might get more time when he starts playing team ball on offense and defense. The way he currently plays doesn't fit in with the UC style at all. He's selfish on offense and defense. Coming into the season I really thought he was going to be a huge factor for us, but he has to quit with the awful shots and the risky defense.

Good shot tonight has 30+ turnovers again. They actually turn it over on a higher percentage of possessions than we do, and that's freaking hard to do. Maybe the o/u on turnovers should be 35.

I agree - I know a lot of people here have been high on Morman but I think he has a ways to go. We don't play leave your teammates to dry defense nor do we do anything selfish on offense. Don't get me wrong our O clearly needs sparks and play makers, but I feel like he is trying way too hard to make a name for himself or earn PT. When we had real nice slasher like players under Cronin such as D Dixon or J Parker, they did their play making within the offense, so far, Morman does not.

With that said, kids a freshman - tons of time left and you can't discredit his athletic ability.

Morman has a lot to work on. No doubt about that. I hope he and Quadri can come along the second half of the season. We could really use their skills at times.

Starters look rough....time to see if anyone on our bench came to play. Only good news so far is that Memphis looks worse.

The level of defense when Cobb, Sanders, Moore, Morman and DeBerry are in there together is incredibly horrible.
