For me it's Ellis Clark Morman Johnson and Caupain. Deberry and Cobb off the bench. Sanders and Shaw with limited minutes off the bench and when Morman gets in foul trouble.
Definitely feeling the effects of the terrible recruiting class of Sanders Thomas Davis and Guyn. Wasn't there one more??

My starting line up would also be Caupain,Ellis,Clark,Morman and Johnson. Johnson plays with more confidence with Morman.

I thought the officials in the game were awful. UC was called for everything, the refs seemed to look the other way for Memphis hacks. Alot of fouls not called on Memphis. I really went sour on Ellis during this game. He let his emotions of playing his friends in Memphis get the best of him. He played awful trying too hard to impress everyone all the time. He's got to mature and play with his mind as well as his body. He lets Xavier players get into his head, we lose that game too. However, I though Morman looked great. Not sure why he is not playing more. He gives great minutes, great athlete and he plays tough aggressive defense. What am I missing here.

As I've said before, I'm just not sure you can go with a 3 guard lineup with this roster. It was one thing when we did it with Parker/SK because they were both bigger (stronger) guards and were good rebounders.

We are going to get lit up on the glass if we go 3 guards with these guys. Also the best part of our offense is probably our ability to grab offensive boards.

It was actually 4 guards with Cash, Dixon, SK, and Parker. Clark and Ellis are 2 of the best rebounders in the league. Caupain is good too. Imo we would be fine if we ran 3 guards, but only with Clark and Ellis as the bigs.

I was talking about the season after that. I have no words for what Parker was able to pull off when we ran with 4 guards.
