Since Mick can't do it because he needs to keep peace and be loving to all, I'll do it for him... SUCK IT TO ALL THE HATERS THAT ARE SOMEHOW STILL OUT THERE!!! Try and tell me we aren't big time right now. Just f'ing try!
 
For me, this is Mick's biggest recruiting get. Lance Stephenson kind of fell into his lap. They worked hard for Lawrence and got him. Great job to all involved including Mick, and especially Savino.

It will be interesting to see season ticket sales this offseason. Should do wonders for interest.

What an idiot. This thread was about quality of recruits not Mick haters.
 
Where are all of the "Mick can't recruit" haters now??? He has done things the right way, and even though we aren't Kentucky and get great players all the time, he has done an excellent job with minimal talent. Name another top 5 BE team that only has 1 5 star guy? His persistence has paid off, and we should be in for a treat this year and for years to come!

I think regardless of what people say they think of his recruiting previously, its pretty evident by everyones excitrment that he hadnt been landing this caliber player before. I hope its the tip of the iceburg though ... Im not going to say i cant wait for next year because our current team is good, but im seriously looking forward to it.

Typical R2G, yells for higher ranked recruits and UC lands a 5 star consensus top 25 guy and he spins it negative. Your bias against this coach always creeps out in some way.
 
Say what you want, Stephenson put that team on his back.
I think Lawrence will be here a couple years, better take advantage.

Just keeping things in perspective, Jeff.

As for the coach, when I first joined this site, and helped it climb to millions of viewers! :D I did not like the way Mick was doing things. He has since changed my mind. Of course there will always be things myself or others dont like about him, but thats not how my brain functions. You can always improve
