Ellis did get hammered.

And even though he did get hammered, you can't lose your cool like that.

He doesn't get excuse for losing his cool. Shouldn't have done it. I'm just saying looking at situation, game as a whole. I don't blame Ellis as much as others. He got elbowed numerous times and guy said something and he lost his cool. Hammons and haas are just as bad and I have no doubt in my mind it was game planned to get Ellis to react to something. Refs should've cleaned it up long before. They sat by idly for 35 minutes letting Ellis get pummeled and then only Ellis gets punished.

refs don't care about our well being.

Basketball is a physical game, and the ncaa is a very emotional tounament. Octavius wants to win so bad and it shows, he plays with a lot of attitude and seems to play with a chip. Ya he lost his cool, but it happens that doesnt make him a bad guy. i hope he keeps his attitude and channels that aggresion but by no means does this change my opinion of him. I hope he mans up these 5 star big man tomarrow!

I still think DeBerry deserves the start.

I dunno. He was running gassed out there. Got to keep that big body still as long as we can get away with until we need him, which we absolutely will. Moving that much personmeat up and down when we play at pace is absolutely killer and we can't have him gassed, at all, under any circumstance. Fouls will be plenty and widespread I'm afraid.

Any chance at winning we need DeBerry playing gassed. It is what it is right now. Kentucky players get tired also and their younger

Davis and Lawrence got hardship waivers to transfer, Strickland didn't buy in, guyn got injured and they've pulled it together without him.

Hell especially when Caupain got bench for getting technical. Now I understand why guys are transferring. It's double standards on team

We don't know whether or not Ellis will start tomorrow all Davis said was that he would be in the lineup, which means on the lineup card.

I want Ellis to start for the simple reason that if Corey starts he will be even more prone to little ticky tack fouls. You know that they will call the start of NCAA games close and if he is in there he is so foul prone that we will literally have our only back-up for Ellis on the bench with 2 fouls. Starting him does nothing in my mind but hurt his ability to effect the game.

Let the game get going and play him in the role he is comfortable in because we all know we will need him in this game to contend.

Everybody these days getting hardship waivers. I've NEVER seen injured player leave team.
