I'll rather use word I like. I'm just asking for aggressiveness out of the kid. Reckless play is for dummies

reckless play is for dummies, which is why a 19 year old would be more likely to do it than a 22 year old.

Aggressiveness though, I would expect the more experienced player to be more aggressive. You see it with most player as their careers go on.

I get your point. I just don't accept dummies on my team. I want you be aggressive do your thing now so when he's senior his already something special and game flows so easily for him. Tired of waiting 4yrs before we see complete players

at 19 you would think your a little more aggressive than you would be at 21-22. TC doesn't lack talent he lacks a something your either got or don't no matter age. Will to win no matter what. It isn't in his DNA to dominate and be the guy. He might make it pro but he'll never have that dog in him.

This is just plain BS! I've seen him be aggressive when nobody else would. He just hasn't done it enough. It's in him. He's shown more heart and guts than any player on our current roster.

He has, but not much since his benching (which I thought was crap)

Lol tc looks at coaches EVERY time he gets ball. HArd to argue when hall of fame coaches numerous games on multiple occasions said he's not aggressive. What real PG don't go get ball with 10sec on clock? A scared one. Its not built in everybody to lead

Not 100% sure which HOF coach you're referencing, but if it's Bobby Knight you'd be better off appealing to the authority of a random drunk at a bar.

You see I think that play is a lot like offensive pass interference in football.

(You need no context, Knight didn't use any)

If he is directed to get instruction from the sideline when he brings the ball up then it's not his fault.

However, I have seen nobody else on the team who barks out more orders or talks more to the other players about where to be or what to do. I have seen him show TOO much emotion at times. I haven't seen anyone more than him go get the ball with 10 seconds left on the clock.

You and I have apparently been watching two different teams. I have been watching the Bearcats.

I think the common theme is that there are always less than 10 seconds on the shot clock.

I find it funny that TC gets so much criticism when he has been the most consistent player on the team. He needs to grow in some areas absolutely and one is in understanding that team needs him to score but let's be real, outside of Ellis nobody is close in terms of game in game out performance. Cobb has had good games but no consistency throughout the season.

"You see, this kid here's got broad shoulders. He'll never have the right kind of form to be a consistent free throw shooter. Maybe if he tried using a shot fake..."

Ahahahah +1

The best part of bobby Knight is when he wants a 40% 3pt shooter to shot fake a wide open catch/shoot in rhythm 3 in order to take 1 dribble and take a more contested 18 foot 2 pt jumper.

The guy is a dinosaur.

I'm also convinced he does zero homework prepping for games. This Kid....this kid...#25...# 33 ...the young man....the point guard...the guy in the red jersey....the defender...

Uh Bob, could you spend 20 minutes and learn the players names?

I had the unfortunate opportunity to attend Bobby Knights basketball camp around 1993. I was decked out in UC gear throughout the whole experience lol
