ACC is like the SEC in football. The voters never knock the teams that lose down very far they just bring the ones that beat them higher up. I understand they are all good teams but if they keep losing to other decent teams they should drop.

on February 11th, the NCAA Tournament committee will release the 1-4 seeds in each Region if the bracket was made that day. We obviously have X, then USF, Tulsa, Uconn and UCF before that date.

It will be really interesting to see if/where UC is slotted then if we go 4-1 or 5-0. I honestly think a 5-0 stretch would make us a 3 seed even on that date. And a 4-1 we're hopefully slotted as a 4.

Ranked 15/16 in ESPN's RPI/BPI rankings immediately after the win over Xavier. The only team with a worse SOS that has a higher RPI than us is undefeated Gonzaga.

Oregon losing to 10 loss Colorado

Villanova should beat Virginia
Louisville should beat NC State, but it's a crazy week and they just beat Duke at Cameron.

I think we jump for sure:
Duke- bad loss
Creighton- bad loss
Notre Dame- 2 losses

Questionable:
Butler -bad loss
Florida St- 2 bad losses
Virginia - loss probably
Oregon - going to lose
Louisville - bad loss maybe

2 possible- Purdue vs Nebraska & X vs St John
3 unlikely- Cincinnati, Arizona & Louisville will win.

It's crazy! Big week to have a top 25 win for the cats, this is the break we've been needing. A serious jump could be in store for us Monday. Hard to say how far teams will slide or rise with how many losses there has been. But we won and that's all that matters. This should be a minimum 4 spot jump this week, who knows maybe 7-8, just depends.
