UC is still right there at the top of his list. I would love to see him and Shaq Thomas on the floor together. If UC can land Rubles and Obekpa the athletcism of the bigs will take a huge leap in the post next season. Mick has an obvious vision for this with the two recruits and Ellis, Gaines, and Jackson returning. Mbodji should also look much better next season after a year on the court that has been hindered by a nagging injury.

I'm hearing Rubles will be a bearcat as long as Mick wants him and truely offers him. He loves the program, the system and even with some teams leaving the Big East he loves the way the conference plays.

Seems to me that with Mitchell off the board, the green light on the scholarship offer has been given to Rubles. I really think Obepka and Rubles both sign with UC in the Spring. No inside info. Just a hunch....and a hope.
