also had 12 rebounds and 7 blocks! great night for linden.... not sure if its unprecedented but Linden high school commemorated the gym to our coach... phil colicchio.... the floor is now emblazoned with COACH COLICCHIO COURT.... awesome achievement for a coach that is still active!!

Linden (5-1): Last season's Group 4 finalists haven't missed a beat with victories over Newark Tech, Charleston Collegiate (S.C.) and Wando (S.C.). Quadri Moore has been good as expected, but Juwan Jones (13 points per game) is thriving as well.

Now that's what I like to see! Against a team of that quality very impressive. We are going to be young next year at the 4/5 positions, it's going to be interesting to see who gets the majority of the minutes.

Final: Linden 60, Hillsborough 41. Quadri Moore 21 & 9, Juwan Jones 19, 4 assists and 3 steals for Linden; Jalen Parham 21 for Hillsboro.
 
coach c is pushing for juwan jones to get more looks from colleges..... he might actually be our best play to this point.... what i love is that we have so many 3 point shooters that quadri is not shooting anywhere near as many 3's as he has in the past..... hillsborough was 7-0 and we dismantled them..... today at 5:30 (on man i have to miss denver sd!) lol its worth it.... we take on union catholic.... they have had many "down" years... i put it in quotes because they play in a tough conference but also during the years when the non-pubs were out recruiting and building powerhouse teams union catholic didnt partake in any of the shady practices..... im pretty sure this year they are 6-1 and right now they are ranked #4 in union county..... real tough stretch coming up for linden (like um the whole season lol) we play #2 ranked team in the state roselle catholic... at least its home... linden high is a very tough place to come in and win.... anyway have a great day guys i will try to post from the game!!
 
Here at the game QM killin it. 24 points with 4 min to go in third but union Catholic is very game opponent. 42 39 us. 44 39 26 for QM. They are staying in game with fouls. Half out team in foul trouble
 
Depth finally wearing them down. 66 51. 3 min to go QM still with 28. Might be a record for fouls in a game. Union Catholic was in double bonus woke 4th quarter
