I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to play one post player and give him minutes from the 4 (at times)

Wow there are some really small time programs on that list, especially considering how highly recruited they are. They must only be thinking about playing time and not wins, exposure, playing in the tourney, etc

Exactly what I was thinking. The more comments I read, the more I hear about its all about the playing time for both guys.

Kind of hard for a program to use up two schollys on these guys to sit out a year. And have a need at two positions to coincide with it. And if they both want significant playing time then you need to not have better players at those positions too. Package deals can be tough especially sitting out a year.

Wouldn't mind seeing UC pick up grad transfer Merrill Holden. He has decent size and athletic ability. Probably would be able to guard the 5 better than Quadri.

JUCO target Devin Davis committed to Houston tonight. He was one of my top choices because of his length and instant eligibility. He will get starters minutes at Houston and play a lot.

Merrill Holden is visiting Auburn on 4/29. Other than that first tweet saying he is considering us. I dont think I have seen us mentioned again.

Juco Guard Brandon Tabb signed with Bethune-Cookman. We saw him over the summer but with a commitment like that it looks like we never had serious interest.

Was getting concerned that we might actually land a high major impact guy this spring. Feel much more comfortable knowing we are going to probably going to strike out and land an unknown JUCO. Gotta love Mick!

We need more than just a serviceable 4-5 given what we've seen from Quadri and the unknowns of Scott and Brooks. A wing scorer is a must, preferably someone who is a good 3 point shooter.
