Dee Davis had missed like 20 straight 3's then decided to light us up and carry his team. Their Freshman (Trevon Blueitt) sealed the game for them, while our freshman (Gary Clark) fouled the guy who sealed the game 30 feet from the basket.


That said, Our Team Chemistry is top notch but we will need to make shots. They will find a way to get hit shots they haven't hit all year and we need to Answer.

What does concern me a bit
Gaston Vs Washington

Gaston is a big big dude and attacks the offensive glass. He could really attack Washington and get him in foul trouble. We need him to play smart.


On Defense I'd rather see Evans or KJ guard Sumner. TC will get blown by and it will lead him to either dunking on our bigs or drawing a foul. We need to keep him out of the lane and Evans length maybe what we need to do that. TC can guard Bernard, KJ on Macura and Gary on Blueitt.


Their Bigs play not good D and they don't protect the paint, some one is going to have to fearlessly drive the ball.

With the penetration down the lane UC has given up this year, I am worried about Sumner. He simply puts his head down and drives and gets a foul called nearly every time, have to contain him and make him take jumpers. Myles Davis is also back.

They have pieces in the backcourt but are pretty thin in the frontcourt

Davis hasn't played much and has been awful when he has
 
Come on guys....It's X. Throw everything out the window because it's a rivalry game. They will be up and so will we. Regardless of talent (as we've seen in years past) whichever team wants it more will win. Simple. For the love of everything holy I hope its us though.

Yup...it's going to come down to determination and who's shots are falling. If we can play that inside out game...I like our chances. KJ and Caupain especially are going to want that game very bad.
 
Butler beat DePaul in overtime and creighton lost to Marquette, gonna be a lot of talk about creighton losing there pg and them not being as good

Certainly I have my friend but the beauty with getting older is you learn from your mistakes. Not trying to be self righteous at all. I have my warts. Just trying to get better at being a human being.

They are just like ucla . All offense and no defense. They won by outscoring you but if you can hang with them on the scoring and get stops, you win. They can't stop you
