#2 Kansas falls on the road to West Virginia, #1 Villanova blows a massive lead and falls at Marquette, and now #4 Kentucky falls on the road to a pretty bad Tennessee team.

This is your periodic reminder that **** happens, and don't freak out when your team has an off night. Oh, and road games are tough for college kids, even against mediocre opposition.

I guess it matters a little for us...Iowa State hung on to beat KState. Iowa State blew a 20 point lead in the 2nd half and actually went down by 1 but came back to win by 5. Game was at Iowa State too. They couldn't afford a loss there.

Yeah our performances @Temple and @ECU would've been losses for sure against mediocre teams. I guess if you choose to look at the AAC positively, at least we're shielded from racking up losses when we don't have our A game.

There have been others who have lost against worse competition. The point is it is tough on the road.

The underlying premise is Temple is a poor (or worse than mediocre) team. that being said WVU & FSU have losses to a poor team on a neutral floor, whereas UC beat Temple on the road (& home).

And temple just beat Memphis

They hit 11 3's and shot 48%...

It's bad news for Memphis. We are 100% a 2 bid league and if smu drops any games they shouldn't will be a 1 bid league

That's how they shot against us at 5/3rd. We had to play really well to beat them.

Despite Jacob's insistence, they are clearly a dangerous team when they're hitting shots.

When they're not, they're pretty bad.

SMU would need more than 1 bad loss to miss the tournament. They are in pretty good shape at the moment.

Rhode Island lost their 7th game tonight. Looking doubtful that they'll make the tourney. I wish we would've been playing man defense when we played them.
